Annual Meetings
The ACLS Annual Meeting is a highly anticipated forum for discussions on the advancement and future of humanistic study.
ACLS Annual Meetings bring together delegates and administrative officers of our member societies, representatives of institutional associates and affiliates, and friends and supporters of ACLS from foundations, government agencies, and across the academic and public humanities. This much-anticipated event offers a substantive program of broad interest to the scholarly community that ACLS represents. As constitutionally mandated, the Council meets to hear the Report of the Treasurer, vote on the annual budget, and take formal action on learned societies recommended for ACLS membership. The Conference of Executive Officers traditionally meets directly after each Annual Meeting.
