Tina Li is the Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for the administration, management, and strategy of the HR function. Before joining ACLS Tina had spent over 12 years in HR in both public and private organizations, most recently at a consulting firm for nonprofits. Tina received an MA in social-organizational psychology and a BA in biology, both from Columbia University. Outside of HR, Tina is active in wildlife conservation and is currently a volunteer at the Wild Bird Fund and NYC Audubon.
