Position Description

The Southern Equality Research and Policy Center (SERPC) at the Campaign for Southern Equality conducts independent research and recommends interventions to promote the legal and lived equality of LGBTQ people in the Southeastern United States. The Research and Policy Analyst will co-develop, coordinate, lead, and conduct research initiatives related to LGBTQ law and policy in the region, and promote data-driven institutional and policy interventions to promote the health and well-being of LGBTQ people across the region. They will critically interpret and write reports of research findings for a diverse audience.
