The International Student Exchange Programs (ISEP) (www.isep.org) is a nonprofit membership organization of over 340 colleges and universities in the US and 50 other countries. ISEP promotes academic and cross-cultural learning through its worldwide network; facilitates academic mobility through innovative and affordable programs to achieve authentic global learning; enhances institutional infrastructures; and fosters campus internationalization. The Associate Director for Special Projects will assist ISEP in furthering these efforts by coordinating initiatives to strengthen the organization’s programs and services. The Associate Director will undertake two projects that focus on academic underpinnings of an ISEP study abroad experience for US students and on faculty internationalization through ISEP. Both projects entail collaborative work with ISEP member institutions in the US and abroad.
