Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, widely recognized as one of New York’s premier human services providers, is a 129-year-old settlement house that provides an extensive array of integrated, high-quality, person-centered programs and services that significantly improve the lives of 16,000 people each year, ages 3 to 103, on the East Side of Manhattan. As part of the Program Management team, the Program Impact Manager will assess and recommend improvements to Lenox Hill Neighborhood House’s client-facing programs, ensuring continued growth, innovation, and impact in the organization’s service to the community.
