Research Institute Fellows Publish Open Letter on White House Compact

Faculty fellows at leading Institutes for Advanced Studies in the United States published an open letter in response to the White House “Compact for Academic Excellence in Higher Education.” The letter calls for university leaders to stand up against the compact and urges collective action from institutions of higher education, noting that the compact endangers “the core mission and global standing of American higher education.”
