Faith A. Otchere

Sojourner House is a comprehensive domestic violence and sexual assault agency in Rhode Island that provides residential, educational, and community-based interventions to families and individuals impacted by abuse. The agency’s goal is to help clients to find safety, overcome trauma, and work toward the wellbeing for themselves and their children. The Strategic Communications and Research Director will use qualitative research methods, strategic communications expertise, and an equity-centered lens to elevate the voices of underserved survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, and amplify Sojourner House’s mission. Their work will focus on developing narrative-driven communications and research materials that support public education, awareness campaigns, fundraising, and policy advocacy goals.
