Robert Keo is CRM manager and data analyst at ACLS. He is responsible for optimizing the CRM system and for training staff on its use. Prior to joining ACLS, he spent nine years facilitating digital transformations in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

Keo earned a BA from Colgate University. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE). He is proud to be working for an organization supporting the humanities with enterprise solutions.
