Regan Sommer McCoy

Regan works in the Office of Web and Information Systems as database manager and digital media coordinator. She has primary responsibility of ACLS’s CRM database which drives office-wide administration and website content. She participates in developing strategies for the organization’s online communications. She handles day-to-day social media updates, monitors and reports on social media and website analytics, and coordinates e-mail marketing. She also assists in website maintenance, IT user support, and ACLS publications-related tasks. She joined ACLS in 2007.

McCoy is a music industry veteran and founder of The Mixtape Museum (MXM), an archive project dedicated to advancing public understanding and appreciation of the art, history, and technique of the mixtape. She is pursuing the advancement of the project as a 2016-19 Columbia University Community Scholar and a member of the The Association for Recorded Sound Collections (ARSC).
